More moderators is the last thing this or any site needs. More often than not if someone crosses the line the group will police itself and tell that member they were in the wrong. It's not perfect but it's a lot better way to run things than giving a few members a mod title and a sense of authority that often goes to their head and causes more problems than it eliminates.

Take this thread for example; luckily Bullet21XD's post wasn't edited or deleted at h2ofwlr's request so everyone else could see it and weigh in. Turns out the only one offended by it was him. Had it been erased tensions would have flared and it would be a bigger deal than it should be and negatively affected the pretty good atmosphere this place has...all because one guy in the group tried to make something said in jest into something serious.

If someone makes a post you really don't like, just quote that post in a reply, call that poster a ******, and leave the thread. That's what I do.
