Beautiful weekend to camp and fish

Quack is that a Gruman sport boat? Honda 4 stroke?

I am running an old sport boat with a Tohatsu 3.5hp on the Blue Earth river in Kato at the crib....those old boats are bullet proof and light, people love them.

Sportboats are nice. The new ones with the extra floatation are not as nice. Extra weight and less room. Our group has a few of the old ones.

It is a Grumman Sportboat. Mid 80’s Suzuki 4 horse. I’ve run a few different motors on it.

It’s the most versatile boat I can think of and I love it. Camping, fishing, hunting.

As far as the new ones with the added flotation… I’m 99% sure you can drill out the rivets and get rid of that stuff and it would be the same as an old one. I haven’t done it yet but eventually one like that will fall into my lap and I’ll tear it apart to find out.
