This crowd has gone deadly silent... Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters Championship. It looks like a mirac- It's in the hole! It's in the hole!~ Carl Spackler

This thing works f'ing awesome even better than I ever expected it could. I kept temps in about a 10 degree spread for three hours...then I opened up the intake to give them bark for three hours and it just gradually went right up to where I wanted it to. 8.5 hours after lighting the charcoal it was still at 175 degrees...I only filled the maze 2/3 of the way. I was wanting to drop $3000 on a fancy charcoal cabinet smoker...not no more this thing performs just as good
