Thanks, Best steak I have had in a while. Tomahawk ribeye from coborns only place I have seen them. 3 lb'er. Had a good pile of lump charcoal going, closed all the vents let it go about 30-40 min. "Tented" it with a foil pan for about 5 of those min. Was nice and rare in the middle. Seasoned with some zesty garlic wet rub and some steak seasoning

That is a dandy looking Ribeye, had a good one up in Duluth at a restaurant last year that was very good, but looked nothing like yours....

Buddy got his first, then second, then third muskies last night. I got two and we dumped three others. dinky, but fun.
