Damn. Just Googled: File Cabinet Smoker..... there's a 4 drawer just like that down the street with a sign requesting requisition. Looks like a new project just got added to the bench.

I'd be a little concerned about the paint adding something nasty to the food, whether you can taste it or not, with those file cabinet smokers.

Has that been discussed?

That's why I am stripping everything, then pressure washing, then burning it off with a torch before even thinking about cooking on it. Most of the ones I have seen people leave the paint in...and the plastic wheels on the tracks haha...people are retarded
