Gay Goose???

I have a gay goose on our lake I think... for 2 years now it is a complete loaner. the dang thing swims up to any duck, goose, or swan in the lake and they just swim the other way while it sits there and watches them swim away. I kind of feel bad for it. I hoped I shot it last year but obviously not.
If a man speaks in the forest and there no woman is around to hear him... is he still wrong???
