We have several members that will be bringing dekes & e-callers. I personally will bring about 450 Silo-socks, 9-Flyers, 3-Reel Wings, and an e-caller. Maybe more dekes if I get them made before then.

IMO, we should hunt only about 6-8 guys per field. Anymore than that, hiding the rest could be a problem.

Still need someone to step up and help with the scouting/location.

At some point, we will need to start a list. I don't have a problem with organizing this hunt and will do so as I have successfully done in the past. IMO, our list will start in the order that the members responded to it.

Keep in mind that this list will change almost on a daily basis, It has been my experience that life happens and sometimes we have to make changes.

Unfortunately we don't have any snow decoys. We could bring layout blinds, wheeler and sled.

I haven't been able to meet any of my hunting commitments since my daughter was born, so I can't say for sure that I could do this until last minute.

I could probably make some gear available for use though - 6x12 enclosed trailer, some layout blinds etc, get in touch with me if you think the group could use it.

I'll make this thread into a sticky as well, should be a good time!

Since shnelson has been generous enough to give us our own "sticky", I will use my first posting to provide the latest information about the hunt.

I'm a complete noob with the snow geese. What are we looking at for a list of guys? If someone is more of a hardcore snow guy, I would back out as I will be of little to no help other than a good laborer... It is the one type of hunting that I have never done.

Definitely interested in learning the trade if there is an allowance for my lack of knowledge.
