Very unique deer! Injury or just a freak? Going on the wall?

Here's a few...

Pretty sure it was an injury of some sort, friend of mine is doing a european mount for me. It was one of the bigger deer I've shot body wise, never got a weight on him but his neck was as big a round as a 5 gal bucket
