The ND website says a some scout flocks have moved into the extreme southern edge of ND. I'm starting to get a little pumped.

It will stall a little bit probably with teens and twenties forecast a couple days next week in devils...but look at the NDDOT cameras there are lots of open fields all the way to Canada. Next time it warms up they gone. But nothing warmer than low 30's forecast for northern ND for the next 7 days.

Borrowed my spread to a buddy, he has 15 so far today, just him and one other guy. Hunting by Groton. Said that most of the birds are rolling right on through.

That tale will be told if they are remaining north, as they may return by late afternoon as I've seen it many times flock after flock heading north, only to have them return later that afternoon. And that can make for some awesome hunting.
