Gay. I read the regs and I guarantee it is a typo that they'll now enforce.
I haven't used a spinner in years but I dusted a couple off and rigged something up I'm anxious to try. Guess I'll wait until Sunday or just use it on one of my numerous spots where I don't have to worry about other hunters on Saturday.

Fish the spinners always start on Sun not Sat for as long as I can remember. Sunset starts on Sat though.

Those two used to both be on Sunday. I liked it that way because that first afternoon you can hunt is usually dynamite and when it was Sunday there was usually no one out.

Shooting hours should end at noon.

^^^I'm a big fan of evening hunts.
I do think a good compromise and way to create more resting areas would be to shut down all WPA's at noon (or maybe 1 pm to appease the pheasant guys). No access or traffic would be allowed. It'd make enforcement easy...if you're seen on a WPA after the closing time you get cited.
It'd be a waterfowl rule for land that was purchased and managed intended for waterfowl.

Shoot they can't even keep people from hunting the close, no way they could enforce that.
