Does anyone know where I can get a hold of a map with all or most of the WPAs. Preferably free or cheap and if not all of them maybe split up by county. Or something of that sort. Thanks

Not really sure what format you're looking for or type: location, topographic, satellite, etc.
Resources:
USFWS: find the USFWS wetland district on the inter webs for the area you want to hunt. do some searching, you should find satellite.
MN DNR: has a new mobile app in beta that shows all public lands in MN
Gazetter: For $25 the best map purchase you can make. Staple bound and shows all the land in the state divided into sections Works great for mapping a whole trip.

The WIA locator map shows other public land and is the best one off the DNR website IMO.
