I predicted that last week.

I now predict a warm spell will come behind it and open a lot of water, but the ducks will be gone... So hunting won't be done but the shooting will be.

Yup, that is what I bitched about on the South zone topic a few months back with 11 closed days in Oct in the South zone - what if we are froze up by 2nd week of Nov. we'd get effectively a 30 day season.

This weekend sucked for me as I was sick all weekend..................but
I agree, this coming weekend will be the last weekend to hunt the shallow water and the way the forecast is looking, sat and sunday will be EPIC......might take friday off if I get my work done and go also...
