OK, just getting worried this group of bad ass MN Fowlers might be sitting in symposiums voting to hunting opportunities in the next couple years if they don't draw blood pretty soon :-)

We averaged 5 birds per guy per day Friday through yesterday afternoon. Had a lot of stupid issues that cost me and a buddy a lot of birds on Saturday from batteries going dead to roost busts to blowing an ecaller to guns not cycling. Didn't stack them up like some of the guys around us but everything we shot except for 3 singles were all 20 yard shots or less.

Sounds like a good time, despite the problems. Good job!

Yeah it was an ok weekend, I was lazy and didnt want to keep trying to reposition under the flightlines. We'll spend enough time moving around chasing the feeds this weekend and next.

FYI, a friend was out in the LQP area yesterday, he said that he saw a fair amount of Snows in the area.

Oh yeah...gunna decoy some MN snows while home for easter. Oh wait I don't want to get shot by a LQP redneck toting an SKS.

Saw a flock of snows fly over Rogers this afternoon, and about two hours later heard and saw a flock of specks fly over Hopkins. I've never seen either in the Spring in the Metro.

With the very strong SW wind down in western IA, I suspect that they being pushed a bit further east today.
