Not really prepping yet, really only takes me a couple hours. Throw out the Canada's, throw in the snows, test the ecaller, load the trailer with gear and have it ready to go at a moment's notice. Am looking forward to it, I couldn't find anything huntable when I went late last year so itching to pull the trigger on some this year. See if any of my buddies wiped the sand from their vaginas this year, went by myself last 2.
So, how is the shooting down there? From what the "web" has posted in the past, the hunting has been marginal at best due to the migration staying further north. What say you?
" God is great, beer is good, and people are just frickin crazy!."
Until today, it was marginal. Today we went after ducks, and put the smackdownon them. We got 11 for 3 guys. Nice green wings, a pintail, 2 readheads, and a gadwall. Some snows are here, but not many. Going after ducks tomorrow as well.
