Difference between cheap Winchester shells and Black Cloud on the inside of these shells?

Personally, I don’t care for either of these two choices. But if you are considering Winchester Steel Shot options, look at their Drylock (black box) line. They are plated steel shot with better waterproof crimping. A little slower speeds, but heavier pellets.
