Does anyone use Tyvek suits and lay on the ground vs ground blinds? I've never done it, but there seems to be a lot of pros & cons with it.

We sometimes use tyvek suits or white coveralls. Mostly now I use a lucky duck gear down blind and a white hoodie/ facemask. Really low profile, can stubble and mud the cover, or fold the cover back and hunt in all white.

It depends on which brand you are looking for. For instance, on Craig's List you can find full body GHGs for $145.00 - 160.00 per dozen on the average. If you go with Big Foots, I would say around $225.00 - $240 per dozen. It also depends on the old "supply & demand" theory as well and how soon you really need them. Watch the classifieds here, NoDak Outdoors, Craig's List, etc for the next few months. Good luck.

I wouldn't pay more than $150 a dozen for used Dakotas; with the amount of staffers they have there are tons of decoys for sale every year that were bought new at a nice discount. Used 2 piece GHG without ring bases? I wouldn't pay more than $100 a dozen. That's just based on my distain for their stakes and heads that break off. No experience with the new GHG or avian x though so I can't comment on those.

Same here. I have to remind myself that I've already added 200 socks and a handful of flyers to the spread this year. I haven't even finished the new e-caller yet. Time to stop spending money on those dirty birds.
