It appears so but admittedly I've never pieced together a 10/22 both of mine started out as functioning rifles.

MSR's on the other hand I have and what you're showing appears to be the equivalent of a stripped upper and a BCG.

Looks like that’s all you’ll need.

Add a stock, barrel, trigger group, magazine, picatinny rail, rings, optic and ammo.

I haven’t priced these lately but mine was around $80 if i remember correctly.

Yupp that's the one i'll be getting. I will have to find it again but saw it somewhere for just under $50 the other day.

Didn't realize I need a permit to purchase for the receiver so that'll slow things down if I do end up going with this route.

How about Nikon Prostaff II rimfire scope? I like the BDC reticle.
