What are your early season green camo options?

Fri Feb 14, 2014 2:28 pm

Over the years I have picked up a polo shirt that is very close to the green cattails, and also a long sleeved t shirt. I also have a moss green flleece jacket. But not a light weight waterproof jacket. (any suggestions on this type of jacket?)

Being we have an early duck opener, and now maybe a Teal season in Sept. where green is the dominate color in the marshes, what are you guys using for a green camo top?

Just go dark brown (aka mud) and hide behind the 'tails. It's going to be all uneducated birds so you could probably wear your blaze orange and do just fine

I caught enough crap 15 months ago for having glow green gloves on in the pit.

I sure wish that I could find a nice WP (gortex) cattail green colored jacket. I'd like it to go down at least to the bottom of the pockets, so if raining and I bend over my butt does not get wet.
