Beretta A300 Outlander

Mon Feb 24, 2014 2:19 pm

I am curious to see if anyone has an A300 outlander and if so what they think of it. I have always kind of wanted to buy a 3901 to just have as a good all around shotgun. It looks like this is what has now replaced the 3901. Seems like it could be a good gun to have around for the price.

What if i asked what everyone's thought of the A300 outlander or 3901 vs. the Franchi Affinity. I am in the market for more of an all around shotgun. Take it dove hunting, I am sure a little waterfowl hunting, upland hunting and shoot some clays every once in a while. The price is really close for all three. Anyone have any experience or opinions on any of these guns?

Couple friends have the Franchi Affinity and likem.
I've had gas guns and will never own one for hunting again. Maybe clays, maybe.

My neighbor purchased an A-300 Beretta and so far really likes it. He bought the basic black synthetic model. So far, it is worked well for skeet, ducks, and pheasants. No problems. The price was about $640.00 at Gander Mountain.

After reading a lot of reviews and various articles it really sounds like you can't go wrong with either of these guns. I'll just have to wait for the best deal.
