I gutted out my old fishing boat and brought it to a guy and had a new transom put in and he re-rivited some rivets to seal it up because it had leaked.

Then I put a marine grade plywood floor in and riveted it down...

I then put the boat back together, added a headlight, and a few cans of spray paint later we have a big water hunting machine.

Nice job! Looks roomy, comfortable, and safe. You first name wouldn't be "Noah" would it?

No, I built a duck boat not an ark.

You have this out on a hunt yet? What did you do for a blind?

I am curious as to why you did not extend the camo paint on the the splash rail and below it on the sides?

Tan or brown or even gray carpeting sure would be a nice touch than the light blue...

I did get it out once. Worked great shot a couple out of it. I am going to build a blind for it next year. Time to hunt right now. Fowler the part of the boat under the splash rails is underwater so no need to paint. Plus I think it looks sharper that way. I have a couple bundles of camo netting that I use to cover the numbers and that also hangs over the boat into the water so that overlaps any exposed areas anyway. And the carpet was camo spray painted so it's no longer blue.
