I'll be pass shooting just across the refuge line. It's a goose, not worth the effort to scout and ask permission on a field, save that for dove.
Ask Al how to successfully nest wood ducks, see you next season.

Got some (5-7) wheat fields locked up when I was home over labor day. I'll let everybody get their nut this weekend and should be easy pickings next weekend. If we can lay off the walleye long enough to scout that is...

Harvested oats for this first weekend. Not much wheat out in the areas I hunt. Not that there is a lot of wheat to begin with.

Have had a few flying over the shop today...............nice cool morning for those guys heading out....

We hunt hay until early November. Not a ton flying this weekend we got 20 hunting Saturday and Sunday mornings.
