Considering its cost, that the sheets rip apart as the tree goes, the box's back board splits as the tree grows, that if the squirrels or 'coons can go up a neighboring tree and cross over to the tree that the box in on and come down the trunk, it is just best to mount the box on a post and place a cone shaped guard at least 42" off the ground under the box .
