This was between Herbster and Port Wing WI. There were several properties posted like this. Had me scratching my head too.

If their trespass law are like those in MN, those signs tell me that property is only off limits during deer season. I'm free to go during the remainder of the year. Actually a pretty sweet deal.

The herd control is typical WI logic. Controlling the herd typically consists of rolling does, not so much the other way around.

Only hunted 'sconi once. The locals wouldn't shoot a doe to save their momma's life, even with free bonus tags.

Interesting they'd want "herd control" and allow only bucks to be harvested? Usually if the term "herd control" is in the mix, they want to be swatting does like flies at a 4th of July BBQ.
