Couldn't tell ya, I've never used rustolium. I bought that quart of zinnser primer about 7 years ago. I've only used about 1/20th of the quart and I redo 18 blue bill decoys every other year with it. In the pic the decoy on the left is freshly painted and the one on the right was painted in aug/sept of 2013. They don't need to be done that often but they sure do stand out more with the fresh paint, the pic doesn't do the new paint justice.
