2015 Bow Hunting Reports

Filled a bonus tag tonight... Doe's and fawns were definitely up and moving... Just no antlers. I'm tied up with work obligations tomorrow but starting Friday I'll be looking to sit pretty much every day until gun season

Need to look at the forecast one more time but think I'm skipping out on work around noon today and be in the tree by about 130-2. Yesterday it said about 15 mph at 2 and down to 7mph at 6. Going to sit about 50 yards south of my food plot on the southern edge of a trail. Hopefully there are some bucks up and moving and will get downwind of the plot scent checking for does. Will take Friday off from hunting most likely and then hunt as much as I can from here til gun season.

I was out last night... Nothing showed. New sign popping up EVERYWHERE but closest I got was on the drive out of the hunt area.. Had deer on their feet in the headlights. I'll be sitting as much as possible until gun season, have most (if not all) of next week off of weather cooperate. Looking at a great cool down thurs/fri which might get them going during daylight if NWS isn't completely wrong

Friggen rain. Was supposed to stop at 3 am. Went out anyway sitting in the ground blind, nothing moving. Stopped for about half hour now raining again. Was thinking of doing an all day sit but I'll have to go home and get dry clothes for the afternoon. Tried a short rattling sequence during the break in the rain, no luck
