Garage Sale economy fixin to take a hit? I don’t host or patronize garage sales but they seem to be quite the industry here in Bemidji.

The “all summer long” garage sale houses on my normal travels are pretty quiet. Granted it’s early in the year, but those people are just as crazy as cat people.

Those are the most depressed people in this world that business has figured out how to capitalize to drive the economy...the people who think material goods create happiness. They buy, are happy for a while, sell to buy the next latest and greatest get a temporary high for a while, do it all over again.

The amount of houses I go into that are just piled full of shit...people trying to find happiness through materialistic goods...it's sad

Sounds like they trying to pump more into the program anyway but you never know

Gov. Tony Evers on Thursday extended Wisconsin's stay-at-home order that was originally slated to expire next week for another month, keeping non-essential businesses closed until May 26 to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Make no mistake walz wont want to miss this train. He will join right in soon i am guessing. 30% unemployment coming and as this evers guys is doing then demanding the feds bail them out. At some point people will say the hell with it. You cant just sit in your house for months on end

I think if they keep it closed for another 2 months, 1/3 of all businesses will be history by end of the this year and we'll be looking at 40% by end of 2021

2020-28 economy will make 08-13 look like a Sunday afternoon picnic in comparison.

So this PPP thing...how much sense does it make that you need to use it within 8 weeks from receiving...when many companies can't even open yet? Use to not pay it back should say...you don't have to then you can have interest payments to make.
