How were the moose ribs?

I've figured out a way to do deer ribs where they're awesome. Instead of the tallow coating the inside of your mouth and making it seem like you ate a candle, the fat is delicious gelatin like the fat on corned beef and the rest of the ribs are thus bomb.

I tried it on the ND cow my brother got a couple years ago and it didn't work. The ribs were really gamey, swampy, and awful. It was the only part of it that wasn't awesome. Overall, by far the best venison I've ever had. Every cut of meat was exceedingly bloody and juicy. It was almost impossible to fukc up....

....except those ribs, and I tried my ass off on them.

They were pretty good wasnt alot of meat on them because it was only a 2 year old moose but what meat was there was awesome. Generally we dont get the chance to cook the ribs like that since i dont want to haul out a rib cage but when you can do all the butchering in the driveway it makes it eaiser to pack them up to the grill.

Lost count of these little buggers I caught. Got a few decent ones too. Handful of eyes and couple channels and 6-7 pike. Lost two micro craws to the latter. 90°, light setup, micro lures and wading. What else is there to do in this heat? Plus I got to see a few milf in string bikinis.
