Actually Chuck I think you got me by a few years. My white hair and bald top makes me look older than I am.

Yup, yup!

Lets put it this way, when I was 38 a Dr thought I was 48 (I had blood clots), and when I was 48 another DR said that I should retire as I had the physical body of a 65 YO it was so beat up. I kid you not, those were their words.
I wish I could retire so could have both shoulders worked on one after the other for rotator cuff. a 2 to 3 year recoup time based on friends that have had one side done, (12-16 months recoup at 95%). You just can not be climbing scaffolding, etc safely unless you have at least 90% strength. I'm in a damned if do and damned if I don't situation.
