I'd love to see Jared Allen as a head coach or GM. The NFL is an incestuous circle jerk......if there's eight teams with head coaching vacancies they wind up all interviewing the same candidates. It's a reverse game of musical chairs where the first guy without a seat gets the head coaching seat.....and the last guy to be in a seat, the last guy of the same group of guys getting interviewed, is who the Vikings will most likely end up with......

Break the fukcing mold and don't be afraid to do something totally different. Hire Jared Allen and then have him bring in a series of buddies to be co-head coaches each week. Brett Favre week one, Ben Leber week two, Kevin Williams week three, etc.

Do something radically different to achieve radically different results.
