What would you recommend for fishing on a honeymoon???

I'm more into the near shore stuff like redfish, bonefish, or basically anything you can cast for as opposed to trolling, although catching big fish trolling would be sick too.

Nice looks amazing! Was close to pulling the trigger on just a resort trip this year in Mexico to get da faq outta here for a few days but think it's gonna have to be next year's goal. Partly because completely forgot about passports partly because I'm just starting my new work journey and want to be sure it goes well for a prolonged period of time

But almost every night when it's cold and blowing I'm watching warm place travel vids to get the mood up and keep me motivated to the goal lol

You can get expedited passports in about a month. I had to expedite a passport renewal for this trip and didn’t get mine until a few days before the trip. It was a little stressful. Had no idea this trip was in the books until a few weeks ago otherwise I would have sent in for renewal months ago. It’s a business trip that came up suddenly and I extended to goof off and invited some friends. It isn’t the best time for fishing but it’s a hell of a lot better than February in MN.

DD there is inshore and offshore fishing year round on the Baja. Success and species vary by time of year. Sept-Dec are the best time with Oct being best. We have one more day in the boat and we’ll be fishing off the beech our last two days. A buddy has been here fishing off the beech for a week down here and has been doing good on mackerel and landed a big rooster.

If you’r honeymoon is a different time I could suggest some other areas. A lot of my guide buddies fish the salt a lot and are in the know on where and when. Costa Rica might be a better option for late winter.
