Working the dog on pigeons 1-2x a week. It’s fun. He’s got a ways to go but my friend who has trained lots of setters really likes my pup and says he’ll be pretty good by fall as long as I keep coming to train

Kings are the best eating salmon hands down! Took the parents out and ended up with 4 kings 3 silvers few rock fish and 3 gallons of shrimp

Quack you trim the pups beard? He is looking fresh. Got any trips out west planned for upland?

Nice haul kwack. What do you use for shrimp bait?

They got shrimp pellets that look like sog food just dried herring stuff soaked in herring oil. Also put in some Fisker's salmon pate and a salmon egg skein

The wife trims the back corners of the beard to cut down on the water bowl mess but he’s not a real fuzzball anyway. Just enough to not look like a shorthair but not so much to look high maintenance.

She has an uncle out by Minot so I think that’s where we’re headed this year. My buddy in Montana moved so that’s a bummer.
