But you knew that already, so why even bring it up? Does he qualify under the Fed rule? Very doubtful. BTW MN dies not have a 3 strike rule, also know as a "habitual offender' in legal jargon.

My point goes back to the original question--so what do you do with a habitual lawbreaking individual such as this guy is?

Where I grew up we had a way with dealing with these kind of people... The Posse Comitatus, the funny part was, a lot of them were LEO and some not.

And what exactly would these LEO's that were members of The Posse Comitatus do? What does The Posse Comitatus do as a group?
